- every department
Business operating system
Most businesses do not have a systems problem. They have a seams problem — the order lives in a chat thread, the stock count lives in a notebook, and the money lives in somebody’s head until the end of the month.
ONE keeps an order, the stock movement it causes and the accounting entry it produces linked to each other — each still owned by the department responsible for it. What goes away is the re-keying and the reconciliation in between.
Or book a demo and pick a time from the calendar.
What this removes
Someone screenshots it, someone else retypes it, and the customer’s address is now in two places that disagree.
The running total says one thing and the movement history says another, and nothing tells you which to believe.
Reconstructing what happened from receipts and memory, because nothing ever linked the sale to the money.
One piece of work, crossing departments
A customer messages. The conversation is a record, not a screenshot.
It becomes an order. Sales writes it once. What is known about the customer is carried, not retyped.
Operations fulfils it. The stock movement names the order that caused it, with the running balance beside it.
Accounting sees the money. The payment and the cash entry commit together, or neither does.
Cash balances are maintained from a movement ledger rather than typed in, and Finance keeps its own authoritative books.
Memberships carry explicit capabilities, and the ones that matter cannot be self-granted.
The threshold is configurable, a reason is required, and the approval stays on the record.
The shape of it
No plan removes a department. Plans differ by how many people use ONE and how many sales channels it connects. Included on the plan and in service today are two different things — the table below says which is which.
Solid outline: available to a paying customer today. Dashed: part of the plan and the architecture, not yet in service.
Capabilities, with status
Every plan includes every department. This table is about what the product does today, not about what you are paying for.
| Capability | Status | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Company workspace | One company, its own records, its own people. Records carry the company they belong to. | |
| People and access | Memberships with explicit capabilities, granted by the company rather than implied by a job title. | |
| Orders | Order intake, lifecycle and events, including meet-up and courier fulfilment. | |
| Discount control | A configurable threshold, with approval and a required reason above it. | |
| Inventory | Stock items, movement ledger, adjustments, and audits that recompute rather than assume. | |
| Returns | Returns with their own evidence trail. | |
| Job orders | Operations work with its own approval and remittance path. | |
| Expenses and bills | Recording, approval, payment, and recurring bills. | |
| Cash accounts and ledger | Balances maintained from a movement ledger, not typed in. | |
| Purchases and costing | Supplier purchases, landed cost, and the cost of what you sold. | |
| Sales ledger | Activated by the company when it chooses. Until then ONE does not pretend to keep your books. | |
| Taking your data out | A complete company export is a separate design and is not offered yet. | |
| Shared inbox and channels | Conversations and channel connections exist. Channel provisioning is set up per company rather than self-serve. | |
| HR / People | Included on every plan. The employment model and its capability map are built; it is not holding live employee data yet. | |
| Marketing | Designed against the shared channel registry. Not in service. |
If something you need is in the second half of that table, say so when you book a demo. We would rather tell you it is not ready than sell you a page.
How billing behaves
Existing users keep their access, existing sales channels keep running, and current operations continue.
What this site does not do
Starting a plan is not self-service yet. Choosing a plan opens a conversation with us; it does not create an account, start a subscription or take payment.
You will not find a customer count, a logo strip or a testimonial on this site. We do not have that evidence yet, and we are not going to invent it.
Plans
Users, channels and support agreed with you. Not a self-service plan.
Monthly prices shown. The 3-month and annual terms, and the price of extra users and channels, are on the pricing page.
Growing past a limit never takes away what you already have.
Or book a demo — you pick the time from the calendar yourself.
