ONE

Connected departments

Each department keeps its own truth.

ONE is designed to connect Sales, Operations, Accounting, HR and Marketing. Connected does not mean merged: the stock ledger is still Operations' record and the cash ledger is still Accounting's. What changes is that they stop being separate copies of the same event.

Available to a paying customer today

Sales · Operations · Accounting

Sales

Orders from the channels you already sell on, with the customer record carried rather than retyped. Discounts are bounded by what the company decided, not by who is typing.

Operations

Fulfilment, job orders, returns, stock movements and inventory audits. The running total and the movement history are reconciled rather than trusted.

Accounting

Expenses and bills, cash accounts and their ledger, purchases and supplier costing. A company activates its own financial truth when it is ready.

Designed, not yet in service

HR · Marketing

Both are part of the architecture and neither is available to a paying customer today. We would rather say that here than let a page imply otherwise.

Human Resources

The employment model exists — an append-only history with the current state derived from it, and a capability map with sensitivity tiers. It is deliberately not holding live employee data yet, because prerequisites we set for ourselves are not finished.

Marketing

Designed against the same channel registry Sales uses, so a channel means one thing across ONE. Not in service.
