ONE

Privacy

Privacy notice.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Scope of this notice

This notice covers the ONE storefront — this website. It describes three situations separately: browsing the storefront; booking a ONE product demo through the Book a demo page; and the services that handle information inside the booking calendar, which Calendly provides while it is ONE’s temporary booking service.

Browsing the storefront

ONE does not intentionally collect personal information through ordinary storefront browsing, forms, analytics, or tracking cookies outside the services specifically disclosed in this notice.

Who we are

ONE is currently a product of Antodex Ventures Corporation.

For privacy matters, contact [email protected].

What we collect when you book a demo

The booking form asks for:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Business name
  • Business type
  • Approximate team size
  • Current business-management tools
  • The main problem you want ONE to help solve

Scheduling details: the date and time you choose, and your timezone.

Meeting information generated by Google Meet and Google Calendar: the meeting link, the calendar invitation, and attendee email addresses.

We do not ask for revenue or payment information when you book a demo.

Calendly also collects technical information of its own when you use the booking calendar. What it collects, and why, is described in Calendly’s privacy notice.

Scheduling services

Calendly provides the scheduling service and processes the booking information you enter. Calendly’s privacy notice.

Google, through Google Calendar and Google Meet, creates the calendar event and meeting link and processes meeting and scheduling information. Google’s privacy policy.

Services the booking calendar loads

The booking calendar on the Book a demo page is Calendly’s own page, shown inside ours. When it loads, it contacts these services:

  • Scheduling and payments: Calendly (calendly.com, assets.calendly.com, dfp.calendly.com); Stripe (js.stripe.com, m.stripe.com, m.stripe.network).
  • Security and error reporting: Google reCAPTCHA (www.recaptcha.net, www.gstatic.com); Google accounts (accounts.google.com); Airbrake (notifier-configs.airbrake.io).
  • Cookie preference management: OneTrust (cdn.cookielaw.org, geolocation.onetrust.com).
  • Advertising and analytics: Segment (cdn.segment.io); Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (www.google-analytics.com, www.googletagmanager.com); Facebook (connect.facebook.net); Braze (js.appboycdn.com); Sprig (cdn.sprig.com, api.sprig.com).

Cookies set inside the booking calendar: .calendly.com: __cf_bm, _cfuvid, OptanonConsent; m.stripe.com: m.

In our 15 September 2026 test, we did not observe the Book a demo page itself setting cookies or loading additional third-party services outside the embedded booking calendar.

This list was measured on 15 September 2026 by loading the booking calendar without making a booking, in an automated browser, from a test copy of the page. The services loaded can differ on the published site, by visitor location, and whenever Calendly changes its page.

Why we use it

  • To schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel your demo, and to conduct it.
  • To prepare a relevant demo using the business context you provided.
  • To send you one follow-up email about ONE after your demo, from [email protected].

Booking or attending a demo does not add you to ongoing marketing emails.

Deleting your booking information

To ask for your booking information to be deleted, email [email protected]. ONE handles deletion requests across the services that hold a booking, including the Calendly booking and the calendar event.

Your choices

To ask about the information you gave ONE, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, email [email protected]. ONE handles these requests under its company process.
